Try This for Stress and Anxiety

It’s absolutely amazing what taking just a few moments to sit quietly can do for you.

Lately, I’ve been using a free mobile app called Aura. With it you can “prioritize health & happiness effortlessly with 3-minute meditations”.

I’ve actually been slacking off for the past few days. Today, I remembered to do it, and, as soon as I put my ear buds in to listen…my daughter started practicing her flute! (Something I’ve been trying to get her to do all day.)

As soon as I started listening to today’s meditation, though, I instantly realized how much stress I had been carrying with me at that moment. I was then able to let it go.

If you’re not able to use the app, I would certainly recommend getting into some type of habit where you take even just a few moments every day to stop and focus on your breath in the moment.

This practice has done wonders for me.
